Annoyingly, it's still not up on the AU Apple Store. We have the whole website with all the promo stuff on it (and buy now links), but no sign of it on the store - only the old version.

Personally I've been holding off a Mac Pro purchase for work for this, so the longer they take, the long I have to wait to order everything!

Personally, I'd find Guitar Hero much more appealing if there was a bit more variety in the music used. There's way more to guitar based music than hair metal and stadium rock.

which brings me to one question that's been bugging me ever since the GH hysteria started - why Guitar Hero? Guitar Freaks has been around for years, and (in my opinion) has a much better and varied song list.

Plus, I'd much rather a little plastic telecaster or 335, than an SG or Xplorer. ;)

The odds of The Designers Republic doing WipEout again are zero. Not only are they completely over it, but Michael C Place, who was responsible for WO3, has long since left the studio.

Why is the NegCon keep being mentioned? It's nothing like that. The NegCon had a swivel in the middle, and you twisted the left side from the right side. There was no tilt control or motion sensing or anything remotely similar to the Wii remote, or this PS3 half arsed rip-off.

and even if the original photograph showed up with a blue tint, doesn't it mean it's not black. The photograph might just have a very slight blue cast over it.

Why do you all assume their faces are blurred out? Did anyone think, just for a moment, that maybe that's how they actually look? that they might just not have faces?
Lifes hard enough for people with perfectly smooth skin where their eyes and nose should be without others pretending they don't exist. They even have to settle to only buy games with good sound effects and rumble support, and there's not many ds games with that.

Apple will release something that has bits of plastic and metal. It will also be powered by electricity. Rumours also point towards it costing money, and it being available both in retail stores and the online Apple Store.
