How is this not a problem? Even if you buy it new, I hope you don't plan on playing it with any of your friends who bought it used or rented it, because then you're not going to be able to play the new maps and content, too. Not to mention all the problems with Mass Effect 2 DLC (I never even received a code in my brand new box from Amazon).
