Honestly if your game isn't selling well, try lowering the price to something really low, it seems you might just end-up making more money than holding out for player to pay a steep $60.
Ofcourse Red Dead being as popular as it is, this isn't a good example, but many more sales would be made for a $24 crappy game than a $60 dollar crappy game.
Actually teeth falling out dreams are exceptionally common. They usually represent a fear of loss of something that ordinarily seemed permanent, or even something as simple as expecting a large change. I started having this dream a lot after I put in a purchase offer for a house.
