The PlayStation 3 delay meme, part VI: Variety sez holidays 06
Mar 6th 2006 2:25PM (Engadget)yes, those silly americans. they are probably the only people in the world who are pro-active consumers. of course you are reading all of the japanese tabloids and blogs right? ya, of course you are.
or is it because you have no choice other than to mock everyone else since the UK is always dead last to receive anything gaming wise (minus the select football manager titles and other various UK first) so you've developed a sort of humor about it to get you through the day. check that, australia, russia and probably many other countries are after UK. you get the idea.
a gaming site such as tothegame.com will support what i'm getting at here (shows release dates in UK/USA/NORDIC). i have nothing against the UK, I order from amazon.co.uk on occasion for alternative movie versions (28 days later, boondock saints, etc). I just have issues with those type of comments, though my ironicle rhetort does nothing to improve things, it just makes me feel better to rant for a minute.

i hope it looks nothing like this, as it reminds me of looking at the back of a digital camera.
Colossus knocks NFS off top of UK charts
Feb 21st 2006 6:40PM (Joystiq)anyways, what about all those rugby, fifa and club sports manager titles? hmmm...??? ;)

Booth babes alive and well at Taipei Game Show
Feb 17th 2006 6:20PM (Joystiq)dunno about that one. I've been to E3 6 times and it is rare to see booth babes under 30. most of them have that tired and worn out look going on. but hey, it's a paying job and their modeling agents just send them out at random. It's not high on the list of exposure for them to be seen at these conventions if you know what I mean.
Th eglory days are over! I think it was about 2003 when E3 just did a flip over to the masses, now it is more commercialized. What I mean by that is when it started out there were only industry professionals, then it gradually started seeing more attendees from people who might not actually need to be there. Now it seems like anyone with a 2cent website can walk in the doors, rpgfantasticfanboy.com or whatever.
Registrants should either be employees of a major/minor gaming company or require sponsorships from a major/minor gaming company. This would help weed out the nobodies in a big way.
Oh, sorry for the rant, booth babes - yea whatever, goto the after parties or get a stripper.
