The main part DownloadSquad didn't report was this sentence (quoted from Sophos' article on this malware):

"As even the malware itself admits, it is not yet finished, but it could be indicative of more underground programmers taking note of Apple's increasing market share."

Did you read that? The malware isn't even FINISHED. How did Sophos get it's hands on unfinished malware? Sounds fishy to me.

Research much? IE9 is not the "sole supporter of H.264." You're forgetting Safari.

@Lee Mathews The majority of those have a threat of "None" or "Very Low" or even "Minuscule." Most are proof-of-concepts. The only two that are "Moderate" require you to input your password before it installs itself.

You're kidding, right? You link to one "trojan" which requires a user to enter their password before it installs itself. Give me a break.

I think Google should be more worried with paying their taxes than suing the US Government...
