Lode Runner is a great XBLA game, well worth the $10. But really these XBLA sales need to get more drastic, I mean this game is two years old! Still better than paying full price like I did.

Microsoft needs to get more Steam like in their sales, $5 off Toy soldiers is not enough to make me jump in. Make the game 400 points and I'll through caution to the wind.

@Epoque I liked too human as well, even if it was a bad game. Shame we will never get a too human 2, if they had managed to make that game 4 players i think it would have been a hit.

@Aerothorn Doesn't EA do the same BS, I sware I was told I have 1 year to redownload a game from the EADM. Or have they revised this policy?

If you don't own Dawn of War II yet you really need to get it. A great RTS that was sadly overshadowed by StarCraft 2. As a bonus the game activates on steam.

What about the fact that Crysis was not that good of a game. Sure it looked pretty but talk about bad AI. I loved how the Korean would all look at you while they waited to be triggered. Crytek had the same problem in FarCry, so I'm not holding out hope that they fixed this in Crysis 2. Then again it looks like they don't have you fighting humans, so maybe the bad AI won't be as noticeable.

I hope they have moved on from idtech 4, COD is starting to look long in the tooth IMHO. A change of engine may make me come back to COD. I wonder if Activation can license the Crytek engine. But I bet that Raven software's involvement points to the use of Unreal Engine 3. Time will tell.

I love how you so easily discount two massive exclusive franchises, Gear and Halo. Your comment belittles the fact that there are great exclusives on all platforms, that is why I own all three.

As for the topic at hand, I guess I'll be getting my Portal 2 on the PS3, unless Valve bundles in some sweet stuff with the PC version.
