I live on the south side of Downtown Dallas (in Desoto) and a couple years ago, when I had them, I couldn't even really get coverage in my house. That's not the case anymore. I even get 3G. I still wouldn't sign a CONTRACT with T-Mobile, but I explicitly chose them again because I didn't want to sign a cell phone contract again at all.
And, of course, their coverage seems to work very well in downtown Dallas itself, where I spend every weekend.
