What I have always liked about interviews with Jimmy is his ability to be entertaining on all subject matters and even if he doesn't like what others are doing, he's very respectful of the properties and the people's opinions. That an often unnoticed aspect of Jimmy's personality.

What this does show is how this translates to his work in comics, TV and movie ideas. He takes those traits and applies them to his projects and cohorts. Last Resort is a great example. I ordered this because from the interviews and previews, it was the right mix of horror with a splash of sexuality and an interesting story concept.

Along with Jonah Hex (which is unhearlded at DC), this looks like a keeper of a book. Hope it is supported well by retailers and fans looking for something different.

Man, Jonah Hex always ends up being my favorite book each month by DC each month. Just lots of fun. And knowing that they appear to be treating the movie property the same way gives me a little hope they are doing something right.

Which Jonah Hex the comic would get some respect for how the entire team is crafting the story and the art. Not the easiest to come up with unique, entertaining and self contained stories again and again. Yet this team does it each and every month.

Yeah, I felt this was one of the weaker episodes of the year. The running gag that when they were going to fight or have "the talk" they would end up having sex was good the first time, a couple of episodes ago, now, ehh, it has run the course. We're beating a dead horse, we get it. The funny stuff is when the guys interact and struggle with their geekism. And where is Sara Gilbert? Her character certainly would have an opinon on Leonard's new squeeze.

Need more Howard and Raj!
