you should try more anime, most are definitively not "for childs" and (just like with books) they offer plots that rarely a movie can, due to approvals, budget issues and slow minds.

2001: A Space Odissey, a remastered version of about ten years ago.
I was simply too tired by myself, and lost about 30 minutes.
It was the first and last time I could see that movie at the cinema.. So sad. :-(
