Can't really blame them for my area, in Southampton there's 4 GAME stores and a GameStation within the city centre.

I remember xleague on sky, that didnt really go down too well, one i always used to love but was really really short lived was UUDDLRLRBAS on mtv2, it was just little 15 minute sections with music inbetween of 2 guys sat on a sofa gaming and chatting, while not the most interesting of things they were genuinely funny and they did review games as they played them.

The stuff Ginx already kicks out is normally on bravo at like 10am every day, they used to have a show called Playr that was quite alright too, what they really need is some funny presenters and just let them run riot but its never gonna happen.

I find it interesting that even with the pressure on bringing out enw IP's and innovation every single one of the top 10 for GameTrailers is a sequel, a remake or part of a huge franchise.

Exactly, thats the real problem, it might not be completely out of the window yet, in a couple of years time it might have a chance to go through and hopefully by then it won't be too late and all the top tier developers have moved to canada. I'm not really surprised though, the budget was a complete slash and burn.
