Dance Dance Revolution stepping to PS3

Aug 4th 2010 9:55AM (Joystiq)
I'm more interested if there's going to be good quality 3rd party dance pads available. My wife and I still have our Ignition pads that we used to use with the PS2 and now use (with an adapter) with the Wii DDR games. I don't think I'd be able to go back to using the crappy non-padded dance pad that's included with the games.

Wouldn't something like this ruin the whole design aesthetic that Jobs was striving for in the first place?

NHL 11 dev diary sticks to wall sticks and broken sticks

...and Nick Lidstrom will end up with a broken stick every time he's on the point on the power play.

Damn it.

Apple PR says recent Steve Jobs emails are fake

So, basically, Apple PR is trying to backpedal because Jobs has been responding rather douche-like to his iSheep.

Par for the course, I'd say,

@d3sc3nd3ncy I do video production. Firewire from camcorder to computer. Done. And I've never owned an Apple product.

@Girrlkitty Calibre user here too. And ditto to pretty much everything else you said too. Love, love, love the Kindle for what it does (I never leave home without it these days), but the organizational system it uses just drives me up a wall.

@Girrlkitty Sounds like you were hoping for what I was hoping for too. I'm borderline OCD when it comes to organizing files on my computer (I get very twitchy when I see people's computers with icons/files all over the desktop) and was very much looking forward to that kind of functionality on the Kindle. Instead, it's just going to be redundant clutter. What a letdown.

@Rasenganfan2 So is it just something within the menus then? Like a 'View Collections' selection? I'm still waiting for my OTA update and I don't have my USB cable here at work.

Was really hoping it would be like a folder structure on the main page (or a bookcase, if we want to be witty), but it sounds like that's not the case.

Microsoft: Windows Phone 7 not planned to hit tablets, Courier was always a concept

Jun 2nd 2010 9:17AM (Engadget)
@r34p3r I don't even think I would really NEED the Courier, but I would have bought one anyway just because it looked like it would ultimately be useful. If there are more people like me, MS would have made a bundle on those things.
