Mine started crapping out on Uncharted 2. After 3 unexpected system restarts i stopped playing and beat other games w/o issues for weeks. Then they rolled out an update for U2 (still denying any problem) but i tried it again anyway.... BAM dead console. (60gb model)
$150.
There were a lot of us in the forums blaming U2... Its the only thing that killed it. My console was well ventilated and i never played for long hours. (i've used it to play several hours of movies or probably a whole day of music)

F*CK this comment system. I typed out a long explanation of why i would love optical/HDMI simultaneous output.

20 min later no email and now its lost, but i got other emails from other comments i left after.

or get a ps2 for $100 or used for like $20.

You have to buy an adapter or rebeat all your games anyway. (i end up playing more of my ps1 collection anyway)

But seriously, they should add custom soundtrack to that cause i'd love to use it as a visualizer/screen saver.

of course i need black white and now silver. But i think i'll wait for those amazon/Buy.com deals that pop up.
I still have a black sixaxis too and i really dont need 4 (sixaxis usually only used for rockband singer anyway)

Anyone else thinks this is a test layout. PSP2 will look the same if all goes well but their will be a 2nd analog stick where Select/Start is and they'll move.

Then they'll add accelerometer/touchscreen/forcefeedback? maybe add more GB and better graphics (maybe Wireless N, new bluetooth, USB 3.0?)

Announce next year for devs to get to work.

I've had 3 copies but people kept borrowing and moving away. or something
I got it a new copy off amazon marketplace for under $20 not too long ago.
This is by far the best FF in my opinion.

well thats 3 discs, and this is 2. (and also FFVII has a lot of repeating data so you can visit the same town on all 3 discs)
b/c 2 CD's(.7gb each) should almost be able to hold 1.3gb that FFVII was.
so its hard to tell because i guarantee every disc wasn't full they just had to find good times to stop it.
MGS HOWEVER seperates the game sections pretty much into 2 cds but the still need to copy the textures, scripts, sounds and code from the first cd into the 2nd.

I am going to guess about a gb should be safe but most likely under a GB.
