Interesting reveal, I think this is at least partly coming out of increasing pressure from devs who want some solution to the optical space issue. 7GB was ok at first but not now. I imagine non-crucial data will be moved to the inner part of the disc leaving more room for the main game. Good move MS.

Why do sci-fi trailers lately ALWAYS seem to end with that fake static-y splash screen with the product title? Are they really hoping to instill fear in us the viewer by showing "Hey, our trail--er is los--ing fa-ke sig--nal, thi-s is ver-y scar-y boo-ooo!".

Hi JC, maybe it's the quality of the video but I didn't really see the fuzziness or poor quality you were describing in the video. It doesn't look super sharp but it looks playable to me. Maybe the issue is best seen in person. The native resolution mode is pretty horrible however.

Still thanks for at least putting out a warning for something I otherwise wouldn't have given a second thought to, I will try before I buy as they say.

I never said I was happy, more like coming to terms with it. I assumed it was BW that let him go which would be worse than leaving on his own terms.

I don't disagree that he would have done a fine job on ME3, but in all likelihood it would have been the weakest score in the series since by his admission he's focusing on other projects Better to bring in new blood than settle for lesser work, that's my $.02.

It really helps to know that it seems more his decision. He'll be missed but better for him to move on if he's had his fill of ME. I kinda understand his position, a few years on a job and I'm ready for a change.

I for one think its a fine idea well worth the attention at GDC. Best of luck to those in charge of the project.
