My complaint is when you've cleared out a room of baddies and three enemies then spawn behind you. Or you spawn with enemies with a line of fire on you.

Really I only noticed this in SWAT games. Overall I've really enjoyed the Reach MP experience.

My only complaint playing over the weekend was the horrid spawn system. It's like they took the terrible spawn system from MW2 and shoehorned it into Reach.

Other than that, maybe some more specific playlists? :)
