I'm confused. How the hell can they get away with this? I mean, should Sprint/HTC be suing the $hit out of these people? Or perhaps I am not educated enough in the ways/laws of the orient.

I would get rid of the HDMI output so that the screen wouldn't be limited 30fps... I hate that.

This update has bricked a few rooted Evos, but I also wanted to add that since this update there are things that are loading quicker. "Manage applications" loads a lot faster where before it took at least half a minute or more to load everything... now it's faster.

I noticed some incredible irony and sadness in one of the pics... About 8 pictures up is a picture of a girl messing with her ipod touch or iphone, on her lap is her iPad with the keyboard attachment, and right next to her on the ground is a huge bag that in bright red letters says "Adobe." Anyone else see the irony>
