It is a clue. Richard Wright is a character in the Fallout universe. He never appeared in any game as he was dead before the first game takes place.

Also, Richard Wright is the name of a character in the Fall-out story. He's never been featured in any of the games because he died before the first game.

It's fallout new vegas. The website itself is very "fall-out"y and, as a story posted on joystiq a few months ago pointed out, the protagonist of FONV is a package delivery boy.

This isn't really a tips video. It's a video to encourage people to play with friends. That way, when your wii-less friends come over and see how much fun it is, they'll go out and buy their own wiis. Just more Nintendo indoctrination of the world.

I love that in the video on what kids can learn from video games features a very young child (most likely pre-teen) playing what looks like Call of Duty 4 which is rated by the ESRB for teens and above. Kind of contradictory to the overall purpose of the project.
