More Gamestop BS. They're probably going to try and be like Best Buy's Gamer Reward Zone crap. Most of these memberships are stupid. The "Edge" thing whatever gamestop has is not actually all that bad if you like getting Game Informer. $15 for a year subscription is good for me and for the few times I might get some used games then it helps a little. I'm fine and happy with what they have now, if they were to give more of a discount off used games then I'm all for that. I don't really trade in games as they (and other stores that does trades/buys) are a complete rip off!!!

I know my $65 game may not be fully worth the $60 bucks it was when I first got it, but it's definitely worth a LOT more than what they try to give us for it. Hell, when I went to the midnight release for God of War 3, they already had it listed under the trade value for how much someone would get for it if they were to trade it in and that amount was $30! That is just ridiculous because they're going to sell it for $54.99, $5.00 less than regular price until the normal price goes down, then they'll lower it to $49.99 or so and a year later it'll probably be around $34.99 or around there. Either way they STILL are getting more than what they "paid" for it.

Gamestop USED to be the best in giving decent trade in value's versus EB and once they merged it all went to hell and it was more of a rip off. Sadly I've had to sell some of my games awhile back when I was desperate for money cause my checks weren't as big as they should have been because I missed a lot of work due to my back injury and selling games for gas money or to pay a bill was my only option at the time and it definitely was my last resort as well. I will go back and re-buy the games I sold/traded in as well later on once I get enough money again, so in a way it's like I paid double for some games. Well like $80+ bucks or so. $60 when I originally got it and then like $17.99 or a lil higher when I rebought it again. Sometimes lower than $18...

Opps, I don't know why I put that other name? The host is Mw0prestige, the reason I put that other name is because when watching the video you see that GT coming up telling people how the hack is working and how people are cheating anyways by being in that room. I couldn't edit my post so just making a quick reply to correct one small mistake I made. The person who was hosting though explains how this would even work. So all the legit players with legit 360's have nothing to worry about.

Joystiq Staff should have also been quick to put in their post that this only happens with the above conditions instead of making everyone think that this was going on in all the MW2 online games. That probably could have saved at least a page of worthless comments on here as people would have seen they're not affected nor is it affecting public or ranked matches and then they would have nothing to worry about.

I swear hardly any of you people read anything. Most of you just hit reply before reading everything and or finding more information about it and quick to assume it's happening EVERYWHERE when in fact it's NOT!!! If you all want to go talk shit then go message the guy that is doing the HACK (NOT GLITCH) his name is obvious in the video - MW2 Corrupt, and the other thing is all the so called mightier people who don't play. If you don't play or didn't buy it then WTF are you doing here anyways? Go pay attention to things you do participate in instead of cluttering up comments with your stupid "thank god I didnt....." remarks.

But seriously people, it's just in a private match. Its not in the public matches nor is it in the ranked matches. Quit freaking out and demanding a company to bow down to your wishes. GO AHEAD and STOP PLAYING!!! They already have your money and could care less if you play or not. Plus you know your all talk anyways and probably playing while posting your threat on not playing anymore.

All you people waiting an extra hour or two making Take 2 freak out cause it "might" not sell out as fast as they were thinking, just PRAY that someone doesn't go in and end up buying the last few copies that wasn't reserved while you guys were on your boycott! I'm one of those people who didn't reserve it and just going to chance it by going to Best Buy when they open and hope there's some extra copies left.

Well the abvious stuff is that the countdown ends when Midway is having their convention or whatever it is. Also the word "Vegas" in it as to give a hint to the convention thing is in Vegas. Also the 8 being solo without a 0 like all the numbers lower then 10 and that going to this being the 8th installment of the MK franchise.

I think all the other words are just pretaining to some of the characters in the game. For example "Freeze" = Sub-Zero, "Dead" = Zombie Liu Kang possibly? Or just fighters being killed? "Venom" = Reptile, "Tree" = Living Forrest or Maybe a Tree is a stage fatality? "Rain" = The character Rain or maybe a stage with actual rain in it?

The other big give away is the [DOT] is the MK symbol and the number 8. And of course all the words pretaining to something in the MK Universe, wether it's being reflected in the upcomming game or through out all the previous games. They all can be tied to something MK.

You guys are looking to hard into this, when it's really quite simple. You also have when that page had the Aprils Fools joke/code on it that had the numbers for each letter and it spelled "Touch" and that was inconjunction with the TRMK website and the guy did the video of MK running on an iPod/iPhone (touch). So that at least verifies that each number pretains to each letter in the alphabet.

So that's all it is. I guarentee EVERYONE! It's just MK8 will be announced/shown on April 17th 2008 at the Midway Gamers Convention (or I think it's officially called Midways Gamers' Day) in Las Vegas NV.

I'm willing to bet everything I own that's what it is. Hell if there was a betting line for what this is in Vegas I'd go bet everything I own over there. Like I said, to many of you are making this harder then what it is, or just hoping its not as simple as it is and wanting it to be something other then MK8. So for those that are doing that you're going to be in for some dissapointment. Although I'm excited and can't wait to see what MK8 is going to be and look. Just hoping it's not like the last one Armageddon. I didn't like the create a fatality nor the air-combo's.

I'm glad I don't listen to alot of the review sites. I thought this game was great, and that's just playing single player. I've tried Co-Op and that's good to. Although i'll only play co-op with someone I know and not a total stranger. There is alot of homophobic people here, but I'm also sure they still have little peach fuzz on their nuts still to. I didn't agree with this guys review at all. Granted they're supposed to be for laughs kind of, but even then it wasnt that funny this time around... That or he's just getting old already. He complains about games going the same route and what not, maybe he should change things up and stop acting like this "cool, bad ass" that has to bash everything that is semi popular and trying to be an "outcast".

Ummm, this isn't new. The Smackdown series has always had a new game every year. It's just new to some of you microsoft fanboys because the Smackdown series finally came in '07. See, if you learn to expand your world and enjoy ALL systems for what they're worth you all would have known the SD series originally started on Playstation and they've had the best series imo when I did like wrestling. Now I may catch it when I'm bored or still like to play the game every now and then but I bought SDvsR08 and played it a whole 2-3 times so I don't think I'll get 09. It was just more a bored at them moment I'll try this...

Its GRAW 3! There is like a teaser trailer of it online (http://www.gametrailers.com/player/usermovies/144333.html) and that was released back in December of last year (or at least that's when it was posted on there) and it has the same music/sounds in the trailer as it does in this new flash animation teaser countdown thing... Listen closely... I guarentee you and everyone it IS GRAW3!!! Now can I have like Turok or the next big/major fanswag for paying such close attention and letting everyone know before the thing counts down???

Just saw some at a Walmart here in Albuquerque NM (cottonwood area). Picked up a few of them, but they're for my 5yr old son who loves MC and Halo, so they were a surprise for him. I think the one's from Halo 2 were better quality for display/collecting, these look like they were made to be played with, or McFarlane is just getting lazy and not caring about quality anymore? However, they're being sold at Walmart so that might explain why they're more to be played with then displaying?

EXACTLY!! I tried the whole HD Download one time and there is a HUGE difference from watching the actual disc to watching it downloaded and or even on HD OnDemand. The 360 HD Download, looked like I was watching one of the movie channels HD Channel (HBO, Max, Starz). This was for Return to House on Haunted Hill. Same thing when I've tried the On Demand for the HD version, although to be honest the On Demand in HD looked slightly better then the 360 HD Downloads, but still not better then if it was on the actual disc. My friend totally agreed as well. I had TMNT on BR and told him how great it looked especially one of the fight scenes on the roof in the rain. He happened to DL it off of 360 HD and he then said that he didn't notice anything "Spectacular". He also had it on his Netflix que (HD-DVD Version) and when that finally came in, he took back his previous comments and then stated he now knew what I ment and agreed it looked spectacular.

I'm also not a fan of the whole downloading service thing. I would rather OWN the disc and not have a virtua copy that get's locked out/expired and or if the HDD were to get corrupted or fail, then I'd lose what I have on the drive, or having to re-download the movie again if I were to delete it to free up some room on the drive. Also, it's not true High Definition format.
