It's ignorant to think that it's fake simply by saying the original games weren't coded with multiplayer (assuming linked system) support. It doesn't take much for a person with half a skill in programming to write an emulator that wraps WiFi commands into multitap commands. My PSP is A1, and on our WiFi LAN we also have A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4. Wifi signals are transmitted based on controller activity, then translated in the emulation software to become Multitap controller inputs into the game.. and suddenly, you've got WIRELESS multiplayer on a game that was not originally programmed for networking.
