Major traffic is caused by people that don't feel comfortable driving quickly getting into the left lanes as they slow down to say 50 or 60 which now makes the slow driver comfortable, as speeds increase back up to speeds beyond the limit to average around 70 to 75 the slow driver remains because they can no longer negotiate the people who typically drive 70 to 75 going around them because they are going slow to get out of the fast lane. This causes the next lane of slower drives to slow down because they hit their brake when they see a turn signal in front of them to let in a car rather than throttle lift. Honorable mentions are people who can't judge speed and distance and who are unwilling to apply more than 50% throttle when entering the fast lane to bring themselves up to speed once they cut into a fast lane going 30mph less. Solution always pass on the left and always drive on the right, if you aren't passing anyone move Right.
Maybe you shouldn't upgrade people to windows 7 or make certain they meet not just minimum specifications but usable specifications. A huge problem with the adoption of Vista was that it was consistantly installed on sub-par hardware. Nowadays where even Wal-Mart computers come with dual core processors and 3 gigs of ram Vista issues are effectively nill but the damage has already been done. People who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about in reference to computers still make weird faces if you mention 'Vista' .
The best netbook is still the Asus EEE 901 Its small light, integrated bluetooth and wireless N. Toss in a Runcore 32gig SSD and a 2 Gig ram stick and you're cooking with gas.
@Nomi Or pump yourself up by selling alot of cheap consoles that don't appeal to anyone who buys games. Theres a reason most Xbox users have a pile of 360 games and a random amount of points they've spent on arcade titles and why Wii Sports is still the most played Wii title and often the only one owned. Basically if nintendo didn't overclock the Gamecube to basically remove development costs and ensure they were making a profit on the hardware they'd be in Sony's boat without Blu-Ray sales. Most 'casual' gamers don't even know that other Wii games exist. Wii boxing anyone?
Why hello there my xbox did not RROD is simply go bricked by the fall update last year, Costco gave me a new one for free that had an HDMI port on the back and gave me back my old HDD. I recently bought a 37" 1080P monitor for my PC it happened to have an HDMI port. Left 4 Dead is the most fun 3 friends can have right now.
Wouldn't a blind person have more acute hearing than a sighted person? So they'd hear the tire noise which is usually very loud, have you ever heard a Tesla in person its as loud as typical commuter car its just quieter than other sports cars.
