This totally made me smile as i hope EA makes it to the finals. I did not read all 100+ comments but I've hated EA since the Dreamcast was announced and EA publicly stated that they were not going to support the console. Since then I have bought less than 5 EA games. I know that the DC was a success after it's death, but I believe that it would have done much better if EA made games for it.

Well at least I can thank them for 2K!

Cool post! When I think back 15 years ago when the PS1 was released I remember Battle Arena Toshinden (an actual launch title). I am surprised Joustiq that your post did not mention even 1 launch title. Still, kudos for bringing this happy anniversary to my attention.

I am totally surprised that no one brought up the nissan.com domain. I know it's not exactly the same thing as squatting (which is lame) but it is an example of how “first come first serve” on domain registration does make some sense.

I first started reading Joystiq about 3 years ago.

I know I am in the minority when it comes to 360 issues, but I have a launch unit Premium 360 that has had ZERO problems. I actually contemplated buying a new Arcade unit with HDMI but running 1920x1080 through the VGA cable looks just fine to me. I actually just ordered the 120 GB HD from Newegg ($10 bucks cheaper, free shipping and no tax) to upgrade my Launch 20 GB. I really love loading games onto the HD that I play often since NXE was released and 20 GB doesn't cut it. I feel fortunate to have perfectly working launch 360, PS3 60 GB (now 320 GB) and Wii. All of which were bought when launched and still work perfectly. Funny though, because last generation, my launch PS2 stopped reading discs and my Gamecube somehow just one day never turned back on.

Every generation has it's problems and it's really the luck of the draw as to who will get them. OK, back to SF4.

Best PSP upgrade would be more games!

Good thing my original disc still works on the 360.
