I fixed mine months ago and it wen't pretty flawlessly... My only gripe is that for some reason, the proximity sensor stopped working. So now I sometimes press mute, speakerphone, or end call with my ear if I'm not careful. I'm not sure if thats from poor materials or poor workmanship (me!)

Now I'm just holding out for the next gen since my phone has developed a myriad of other problems in it's 2 years of constant abuse!

I have 2 at a time unlimited at my B&M BB and I love it!! Waiting for discs sucks. The only downside to the B&M is that sometimes the game selection sucks and you've gotta get popular titles the day they drop or you're s.o.l. I'm currently playing Just Cause 2 and I plan to keep it for a couple weeks... sucks for everyone else though because my store only ordered 1 PS3 copy! The monkey is that's in charge of in-store game stock needs to be fired. Triple A titles get one copy, utter garbage gets half a dozen... Do they even pay attention to the industry?

Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the plan.

Except one major thing... If for some reason Lexus decides it's worth more than $90k... They can just raise the buyback price or take the car back altogether. Am I right or am I missing something? When GM "leased" the EV-1 and the lease is up... They took all of the cars and crushed them amid massive lessee demand to buy them back.

Would Toyota have the right to take 'em back and resell them at $200k once the lease is up? If demand is high enough? Why else wouldn't they just flat out sell the thing, what's with the runaround?
