You don't just get a graphics update with a new gen. you get larger, more detailed worlds, better ai, better physix, etc. A new gen ushers in a more advanced game on the whole. I would love to see a next next gen gta game ie even larger than 4, with better ai, in all a more realistic city.

Not to steal the thunder of joystiq, but slickdeals has these and many other video games deals on their site. Joystiq always posts them days later, this is too late for some really good deals.
