it's pretty straight forward. if you are going to pirate games or mod your box, don't go on live. I can't speak for Microsofts ability to handle piracy but I must have missed something because I haven't noticed much of a dip in online harassment...

MW2's multiplayer is epic. I can't see it being knocked off the top spot anytime soon. Congrats to Infinity Ward for being responsible for 3 of the top 4 games on live.
