Nov 3rd 2008 2:44PM (Engadget)When Jack Welch retired from GE, he went to Siemens
Nov 10th 2006 12:28PM (BloggingStocks)If Jack Welch were involved, Siemens' stock would be at $500 right about now.
And if you just simply do some research and read its earnings going forward, you will notice that something bad is going to happen. They still have significant margin problems associated with poor executions.
The CEO does not have control over his company and he is only dumping business units that undergo hard times. If you see in the next two years the other businesses starting to have bad profits, the first thing that he'll do is to dump them. Because he does not have the capability to hold BUs accountable, he resorts to selling them.

Like Jim Cramer said, don't be fooled.

Overheard at E3: Japanese don't accept first-person shooters
May 12th 2006 2:16AM (Joystiq)It just shows you how smart the Japanese are in understanding the US market on what sells in the USA.
We, stupid Americans, can only whine and bitch. We are way too lazy to put quality research and thoughts into how things work.
Which is why Japanese, Europeans products are selling like hot cakes and American products sell like shit even at its home turf. It's because of idiots like you who are too lazy to think.
