Odd, when did this happen? I know I tried SC:PT on Friday and got a lockup going into the first mission, but I bought Fable on Saturday and played it all weekend with no problem. I'm guessing this just applies to the update itself?

AKRay: Not necessarily. An overheating 360 isn't even in the same ballpark as someone being physically harmed by burning coffee. It's not even the same sport, even if both litigants are complete and urtter tools. That being said, I agree with most of you that this is a pointless areguement. It can go one of two ways: The judge laughs it out of his courtroom, or he can let it proceed, and us early 360 adpoters can profit. I'll chalk this up to 'Wait and see'.

#4 Hector: Remember when one of the Junkies called Elliot up pretending to be some famous rocker (can't remember who). Elliot actually put him on the air, at which point the Junkie answered a few questions, then just tore into Elliot live on the air... I moved from DC a year or so ago, and didn't know HFS was off the air. That sucks...
