This is so awesome!

How do us Americans get to watch this series? Does speedtv have coverage of it? I'd like to keep up with the series if possible.

Second Verizon Android phone to be an HTC, Motorola Sholes makes an appearance

I've been having thoughts of getting rid of my iPhone 3G, and leaving ATT service for a while now, and it seems the time has come....maybe

I've been eying the HTC Hero for a while now, and would definitely jump on this....if it weren't for the Rumors of a new HTC 1ghz snapdragon powered Android phone. Would definitely need to see how much or if Verizon cripples The Hero much when it's released

Verizon is the only wireless service that gets a signal on the WHOLE floor in out unit at the Hospital. If i'm paying ATT 120+ a month for two lines, I should be getting service in places anyone else does. I really hope to ditch ATT soon! :D

The HTC Hero has landed... in our hands

What I meant was, I need it to "sync" with my MacBook Pro that I already have. I don't need a MacBook, I already have one.

But if I didn't have a MacBook, your idea would be a decent road to look at. Although a lot or almost all netbooks are not worth the effort or cash in my opinion. I definitely can't do any image editing on them, which is what I mainly use my MBP for.

This would definitely be my next phone, and would gladly replace my iPhone with it.

Only thing stopping is, I've grown accustomed to the MobilMe services and how it seamlessly syncs changes in my address book and calendar with my MacBook Pro and iPhone. I've gotten used to being "connected" to all my emails!

Anyone know if these services are available and reliable with the HTC Hero? Any help would this is greatly appreciated.

PS3 Media Server transcodes and remuxes in real time

Jul 7th 2009 7:30AM (TUAW.com)
I've used this app before and really liked it. Unfortunately, I don't/can't leave my MacBook Pro running all the time so I can't always have my media on my demand.

I was wondering, would the current Mac Mini be sufficient in terms of specs and capability to do the transcoding for the PS3 using Media Server?

Any help with this is greatly appreciated

HTC Hero pre-release model taken for a spin, previewed in Russia

Honestly, I'm ready to ditch my iPhone 3G, and I would really love to have this phone.

Only concern is, I've grown to love the seamless synchronization of my contacts and calendars with my MobileMe/MacBook Pro. Anyone know if there are any services available like this?

Inside iPhone 3.0: Tethering

Jun 18th 2009 9:32AM (TUAW.com)
My only honest use of tethering is to use the free ATT Wi-Fi connection with the iPhone and tether that connection to my MacBook Pro. Will these methods allow for this? Or does it only use Cellular Data?
