First of all, the only reasonable way to "send electricity" wirelessly is using microwaves. Microwaves are harmful, and therefore this is not a charger. Secondly, even if this *was* a charger, the only power connector utilized by the USB IEEE standard is only 5V, and a very low current. Problem #2 with this being a charger.
