I have never eaten eggplant. However because of Kid Icarus I would eat the hell out of some eggplant just because I don't want them to evolve into wizards.

The contest doesn't say anything about never having eaten eggplant so I don't know what my favorite dish is. Just because of this I'm going to go try some peanut butter and eggplant sammich.
