Mar 18th 2011 11:14AM (Autoblog)I would think that things coming here, especially now, are checked for radioactivity. I've had patients get pulled over by the local police because the injection I gave them for their test set off whatever the cops have in their cars as they passed the patrol car.

Mar 14th 2011 2:19PM (Autoblog)My mother in-law does around 20-25k miles/year. She got herself an insight and regularly sees 45mpg on the highway and around town. 45 mpg AROUND town is huge, I borrowed her car after dropping her off at the airport for a few days and racked up 450miles on the car and it didn't even take 10 gallons at the damn pump. It's nice to be able to both visit the pump less often and be able to spend less $$$ at the pump.
Consumer Reports picks best used cars for teens [w/video]
Mar 14th 2011 1:45PM (Autoblog)I had to buy my first car but not because my parents thought that I wouldn't' appreciate it if they bought one for me. My parents simply weren't able to and likely I won't be able to for my children. My daughter is 10 and she has an understanding and an appreciation for hard work and earning things even though I try and spoil her as much as possible.
My rambling point is that most parents will try and instill these values long before their kids become teenagers, I know if given the choice I would try and buy my daughter a newer car (that had all the safety features money could buy) just so I know she's as safe as possible on the road as a new driver. Hell, I'd forgo driving a nice car myself just to be sure she was in a car I deemed to be safer.

Mar 4th 2011 8:09AM (Autoblog)The camry hybrid has abysmal trunk space, you should look at one it's really bad. The camry's trunk however is very spacious. I'm not sure about the Altima but I wouldn't be surprised in the least if it was that of the camry.
