So... this deal is completely useless to anyone that didnt have a XBOX before?

Why would Microsoft have this deal? Is there something wrong with the 360's they have and their trying to get rid of it? o.O

Ok thanks. I downloaded PSPVideo9 but how do you add thumbnails for videos that do not need to be converted? I downloaded/converted a video from youtube using vixy.net but then i dont know how to add a thumbnail. And how do you get music on to the converter? Sorry if my questions are dumb but im really new to the psp.

Yup got mine from target yesterday. I have a question though. What are some good programs or step to step things for transferring movies and music to my new psp? I bought the PSP Media Manager but its almost useless. Please heeeeeelp.

and by the way. why do you think target wouldve gotten it first? and why do they keep pushing back the dates? some people think their adding new firmware, but that doesnt sound to true...
