This show has some of the most brilliant and fresh writing on TV. Great episode.

Lie to Me has gotten into some very dynamic storytelling this season. There have been some significantly dark themes. I was afraid that this would cause a drop in viewership and therefore the cancellation of the show but I hope not. It is a good show and deserves more time.

This has been a lackluster season for sure. I can't believe two people quit at that point of the game. I did not mind the blatant movie plug. Whatever gets my favorite shows money so they can stay on the air is ok with me. Although Survivor has to be ready to come to an end soon just out of the idea of quitting while still on top rather than fizzling out.

Agreed, I would have to say this is THE best show on TV this season and the one I look forward to most. Hopefully this doesn't throw a wrench in the works.

Agreed, all I have read on TVSqaud about RH have been snarky comments of judgement. This is the first I have heard anyone here give it credit. I think the show is great and hilarious. I am a fan of Dillahunt and think he does a good job in this show too. Glad it is doing well and will stick around.

I don't know why critics keep harping on this. If you watch the show it is more harsh to American culture than to Indian. The Indian characters are portrayed as purer, gentler and less assuming than the Western characters. It seems to be a show making fun of American culture in light of comparing it to another culture. It is a funny show with fairly good character development and stories. I am glad it has gotten good ratings and NBC is picking it up.

That is what I was thinking. This seems like a dumb idea to bring more viewers with spending less money.

Absolutely horrible episode and really proved that so much of the creativity and timing of the show is in the production. This is not a bad thing it just shows the quality of TV the crew produces each episode. Pretty much felt like it was a waste of my 30 minutes. Oh well.

I like that they are sticking to a similar look for the alien life in this part of the universe. These little guys definitely looked like they belong to the same region of space as the blue guys. My guess is that this race is at war with the blue guys. We already know that the blue guys are malicious but these ones seem timid. I would beg that both races are obsessed with the ancient technology which had been flying accross their space for some time now. They both believe it could be a turning point for thei race to gain control of the technology. At some point this race found the seed ship and have been trying to get it to run again. At some point they entered their pods to wait and see if the owners would come after it so that they could somehow use them to gain control. My guess is there will be an ep with the blue baddies attacking the destiny again this season and Telford will swoop on with these guys to save the day.

It is just a fun show. They have done a very good job at keeping it fun. I don't take it too seriously and that is why I will come back week after week despite repetitiveness, because it is still fun and entertaining. Good breakdown here. I think that the show Chase over on NBC has a lot of potential too but so far it is missing a grander element that pulls you into the characters and world of the characters, the seething theme beneath. Hawaii Five-0 has the corruption story that will be unraveled but Chase has nothing like this so far. We don't even know the characters well a few episodes in. Wondering if that will change and what Chase could do to give that undergirding story which keeps people coming back.
