Yeah I have to agree, this game is as blatant as rip-offs get. Most of the time when they say games are rip-offs or halo/gow killer's it is really an exaggeration. But this isnt't - AT ALL!!

Imitation isn't always the best form of flattery...

The main game is Shadow Complex and then maybe Maverl vs Capcom 2

So I could've been playing this all along...Wow I gotta keep myself informed. Still it's weird that MS gave Canada the exclusive 1st :o
