Wow that's a really smart move. Suing Musical Groups. Because you'll have tons of groups looking to sign-up with Activision and Guitar Hero after this. They won't be going towards Harmonix & Rock Band at all.

Yes... you dodged a bullet, believe me. I am not happy with the phone. It's ok, but it's NO n95. It works, mostly. And there are some nice features to it --- when they work. It crashes a lot, almost to the point of annoying. At the end of this story. Symbian is NOT made for a touch screen, and it NEVER will be. If this phone had Android on it, it would be stealer. The hardware is really nice and the keyboard feels good and the form factory is the right size. But that phone does NOTHING by crash. Seriously, it is the crashiest Mo-Fo around. Change the name to "Chashy97".

Let's start with, making it the Xbox Portable system --- like you said Microsoft was releasing, but didn't. Make it work with the Xbox360, so if I buy movies or TV shows or what have you, I can port them off the Xbox onto the Zune. Make that Zune the backup Xbox360 hard drive so I can have games, games saves, movies, music everything. Make it my portable Xbox.

Mainly, make it ANYTHING but a failed iPod. Which is what it is. Which is why I don't own one.

Well, you go a head and take care of Windows Mobile, let me know how THAT works out for you. While I look for a phone with Android on it. I'll be damned if I ever buy another Windows Mobile phone again. No thank you.

Oh.... I see. The over all RTS game play doesn't fit or isn't as good as the the over all atmosphere and look of the game. Got it. Thank you. You explain it better then the reviewer.

That great and all, but the POINT is. As a CEO of a major company like Microsoft, Ballmer has the responsibility of "acting" accordingly to the position he is in.

You can say he's "In you face" all you want, that doesn't change the fact that the "employee" who ever he was, has every right now to go to HR and fill a complain against Ballmer -- for "public humiliation of an employee, in a NON-work related incident -- during working hours, in front of the entire company."

AND the employee would WIN, because there's prove. And worst yet, Ballmer himself REPEAT his insults in a PUBLIC forum. And now the situation has made it onto the internet. Ballmer is not a Rock Star, so he doens't get to act like an immature brat. If Ballmer cannot control his own actions, then step down as boss. That is the point.
