It seems more like Endgadget got owned for the last line in their comment about Java.
Java is more performant than C++ for most use cases. Google for it. And to the last guy who said C# devs make more, just go on Dice and do a comparison of C# jobs vs. Java jobs.
That's one good thing about Google, it makes the troll's job that much harder.

I played it on the PC and thought it was fairly mediocre. But more games for the PSN couldn't hurt.

As the first poster said, day one buy for me. I don't really care about the issue, but I hate censorship of any kind. So, go munch on some candy bars and let me enjoy my game in peace.

Sounds like someone is pissed off that BD won. I went with BD, and I am glad it won. Bringing up the same old thing again and again is not going to do anything. HD DVD is dead, and that's that. This guy said so openly. Now he's saying, "told you so". What's wrong with that? At least he has an opinion.

A few points worth mentioning.

- The outage is in its 19th day now.
- "36.5 million Xbox Live Gold users" - MS says it has about 10 mil Live users.
- The kind of language MS has in its EULA is there in every product today. Even amusement parks don't take any liability for safety related accidents. But if you are injured at a park, sure as hell you will receive compensation.
- Since when did consumers demanding their rights to paid for services become so wrong? Since when did a multi-billion dollar corporation, a convicted monopolist that does not even deliver on services it charges for become the good guy. Sheeh!

See that's the thing though. You are 19. I enjoyed R&C tremendously. Mainly because I am past that age where I think I can be "leet blowing sh** up". I don't do that anymore. I bet you found Ashley Simpson's latest CD to be "deep and engaging also".
Now that I have that out of my system. Really, Bioshock is nothing more than a pretty boy version of any standard FPS. Its all been done before if you have been gaming for a while. And all the purported depth to the game, the moral issues, there were none. Because it was so black and white. And me, I never hesitated to get my Adam from the girls. There is no issue at all. You get more adam, you play better. Where's the changes to the story line based on your actions like in System Shock. Believe me kid, they sold you a lie, and you bought it.

Is BioShock that good of a game? I mean pretty graphics and that's about it. Even if it did come out on the PS3, how many people do you think would be buying is at $60 anyways.
You want to talk games, talk R&C, Uncharted. Those are good games. Not some pretty boy version of your standard FPS. Bioshock was hyped to high heaven, just like any 360 game, and guess what, it turned out to be fairly mediocre, like any 360 game. I eman it happens time and again. The reviewers give 360 games like Halo etc. 10/10, the acne faced XBots get their parents to buy them the games, and then cry and moan about how its really not that good. Go and look for user ratings vs revierwe ratings on any gaming website.

Its not just 80 px. Its over 100,000 pixels. Bungie is covering it up by saying its just 80 vertical pixels. But its a lot more.
