SR is nothing like GTA unless by that you mean it's an open world game where you run around and do shit. If that's the definition of "just like it" then hell, you suck at games.

SR is everything GTA wishes it could be but can't because it has some bullshit sense of pride and pretense of "story". The only thing GTA has over SR at this point is that graphically it's a better game. I will definitely give RockStar credit on that one. Then again on the PC (where I play games) it's an unoptimized piece that is in severe need of a recode. Of course then again so is SR2 so lol.

Congrats Sony, it only took you 5 years to catch up. Honestly, who gives a damn? I wish both consoles would hurry up and die already. I'm tired of my pc games being held back by 6 year old hardware.

Dubstep isn't exactly new. Saying that I'll take Drum n Bass any day. I could listen to DJ Diesel Boy all day long.

Oh, and to stay on topic, I wish they'd let Goldeneye die in peace. It was great on the N64 but come on, leave it alone already.There's like 84327658327 different James Bond games and they continue to ape of the original hoping sentimental gamers will give it a go because of the name. Lame. If I want to play Goldeneye I'll dust off my N64 and get drunk with some friends.

Portal coolness aside this is just more examples of taking what at first seem to be cool ideas, talking to your phone, and them actually turning out to be pretty obnoxious in real life. I can't wait until I start seeing people talk to their iphones. Yay.

You're looking way too deep into it. Altrix is absolutely correct and we have countless examples of tv shows "getting it wrong" when it comes to games. This isn't anything new. Go search online, you'll find them. He wasn't arguing the reason for the gun only the inaccuracy of using Rage to demonstrate it.

Sand art is amazing. Is this video in real time though? There's indications it isn't but even if it's sped up just a bit it's still astounding. Artistic people like her just amaze me.

It's somewhat low recommended specs but @ what resolution, AA, and other effects? All you cheap asses that hope your 5550 or 9800 GTX is gonna run this game with all the bells and whistles enabled, well lol sucks to be you. Invest in a real graphics card or slum it on the consoles. You should know the routine by now when it comes to what's "recommended".

If Fallout looked as good as Rage I'd still be playing it. That's one thing this game definitely has going for it is a real grungy, dirty, beaten-down look. I like it but I fear it's going to be no different than any other iD shooter. I'm still interested though and want to play it.

Yeah no kidding. These would have been great this summer so I can lead into playing Skyrim. Too bad because I've just about moved on.
