Another Housing Bubble? Recovery Shows Dangerous Signs, Reports Say

Feb 9th 2013 6:28PM (AOL Real Estate)
I'd say we have another housing bubble as people are taking profits from stock price increases and looking for places to put those dollars.

id's Carmack wants to make a Kinect game for XBLA

I feel like Kinect would be great for RTS games...I'm thinking an Ender's Game Game - Minority Report style as you give out orders to your subordinates on a large scale battlefield.

Think HomeWorld...

Review: Monday Night Combat

So how long will this game be selling for $15? I just don't see why I would pay $15 for almost any game on xbox live. Lower it to $10 for premium games and $5 or less for regular run of the mill games and I would actually buy some games on xbox live. The only game worth $15 was Shadow Complex.

This sucks, at least throw out some DLC or something. Fan kits are usually available for free without a run around viral game that has no real legs.

LAME.

Cable no likey Nielsen's commercial ratings numbers

Jul 31st 2006 1:44PM (AdJab)
I really don't understand this article. So cable companies want to be measured the same as the networks but Nielson is going to measure the commercial ratings in a different standard? How does that level the playing field for buyers negotiating rates? The networks themselves balked at minute by minute ratings and have an average rating for a program so why wouldn't the cable channels expect the same lenient way of measuring?

Commercial skipping killed by new device

There is no way this will be successful unless all TV manufacturers enforce it, in which case I cannot see the consumer buying new TV until their old ones break down. So in that case to sell new TV's the TV manufacturers would have to set of EMP fields to systematically break the old TVs and that would just be wrong. Good luck getting Americans to buy that crap.
