If the multiplayer is so stellar and fun, and yet the single player and coop are abysmal and not fun, how would one average it out to 4.5? And why would he take the time to address his review process on his own blog? This is inflated. His past reviews echo the same ideas and complaints.
Also, I give it 18 months before he works for a designer under the Activision umbrella.

I have my doubts the author truly wanted to give up the 4.5. Giving it a 2.5 would have probably killed your position as a game journalist/reviewer. Your scoring of 6.0 of Medal of Honor last year, along with the angry and annoyed tone of the whole the review, coupled with the lopsided review here - find something in life that makes you happy and leave the game reviews to people that want to do it.

So, has anyone got info about the Elite Pro DLCs? Will the PS3 get each month's "map pack" a month later like the Microsoft agreement stipulates?

I'm not a fruit fanboy, by the way. Just the thought of these guys getting all cocky and them taking on the Cult of Apple would be fun to watch.

Plus I'm tired of it. It's boring.

These guys really want to prove their salt - dance with iTunes. The fallout from that would be fun to watch. Right now, they're just pissing off gamers... take iTunes down and see how quick this nonsense gets bumped up to the first few news items of the hour.

So... DDoS the PSN Store, kill its connectivity, disable millions of consumers ability to use the on-line functionality, disrupt the purchases of all the DLC and new digital downloads (thus hurting both large companies and indies)... who's the target here?

I liked it better on Aqua Teen. I'd watch a full length film centered around Carl.

This may be a childish reason to not buy a product, but until someone clears up the gray area concerning separate ring tones for individual callers, I'm not buying it...
