There is a soon place you can do this. I got mine with the first archer in chapter 1. He is on bridge. All you have to do is keep jumping and throw your stars; he'll never touch you and you can get about 125 hit off.

I bought a Gamestop brand wheel becease it was $10 and a different color(blue or red). I have to say it's design is really good and better then most 3rd party wheels.
