I do agree that blood and violence in video games shouldn't call for an adult rating. Even when it comes to sexual themes, still, a Mature "R" rating should cover those aspects, just as they do in movies. What about movies with rape scenes, murder scenes, torture scenes that all get away with a simple "R" rating...and then you take the same scenes, put them in a game, and it becomes Adult Only. An "AO" rating equals death, and it's not even because of sales. It's parents. They hear "ADULT ONLY" and think that it's a smut game filled with nothing BUT sex and murder and then the devil's gonna hop through their TV and eat their souls or something. Microsoft doesn't allow "AO" games? Yeah...what about all of the Virtual Sex games that come out for computers? It's gaming systems that don't allow "AO" games because they fear being burned and burried by all of these religious over protective pricks who want to tell YOU what's good for you.
Condemned 2 altered to prevent AO rating
