Yup, been using mine now for over a year, and actually in EyeTV for over a year within the set up Elgato HDHomeRun has been listed, apart from SiliconDust HDHomeRun.

The real news is that SIlicon Dust's new HDHomeRun has 4 tuners and a cable card so now we can watch all our digital cable shows w/o the added comcast box.

the idea of the dual hard drive one ssd and one hdd has been afloat for a pretty long time. Why it will not be happening right now in my opinion is the lack of design change coupled with media and trade show announcement.

Apple would most likely announce their new line of laptops with such a significant improvement on stock configurations in some sort of conference and bring up some hype for potential consumers.

What the future will more likely hold? If Apple does not debut this, this week, and most likely i think not, then Apple can instead debut a MBP with Flash Storage likened to that of the MBA, and keep traditional hdds (obviously meaning a new logic board would have to be implemented here. This would imply that Users can choose 32/64/128 GB flash storage and then standard hdds as well for the bulk of their storage.
