HawX 2 is a bad example as far as I know it has been cracked. But I may be wrong. But your point is still valid in the grander scheme of things.

One lost sale does not = one lost copy. Just because someone pirates it doesn't mean they wouldn't have bought it if that game was not pirate able.

See this is what happens with piracy debates. People see it in black or white they can't comprehend that like all things in this life there are grey areas. I chock that up to pure stupidity.

LOL my friend on TS says it was staged to but if you look closely he spawns and the nade is to high for him to see at first plus, in my opinion (atleast it looks like it) his head is straight and looking at the battle. So as he goes into it he sees it and thinks ooh crap im dead and by then its to late. It is not staged if it is then i give them props it was a damn good stage. If it was staged!
