Apr 21st 2009 5:59PM (AOL TV)The article seems to be about some kind of fighting manuver that can only be done with a cloaking device. I didn't pick up anything important in it, but I'm not obsessive.

Rumor: Fall Update adds new family timer
Nov 3rd 2007 2:19PM (Joystiq Xbox)I would have to turn off auto sign in on my main account, and set it up so the xbox doesn't remember my password so that my kid can't just log into my account and give himself more time.
This would require a memory card with my profile on it... that i remember to take out of the box and hide somewhere.
Given that my son is only 10 days old, no big deal right now.... just thinking about the implications here.
Also... didn't the spring update launch the first week of spring? and last fall update came out well before the holiday shopping season began? hmm...

The only part of the first ammendment that is relevant to this story is... In the US, the government is not allowed to ban a videogame, for any reason. In the UK, without the first ammendment, the government can.
Rumor time: Bungie leaving MS?
Oct 2nd 2007 11:07AM (Joystiq Xbox)Bungie and MS could still work together like that if Bungie keeps it's current headquarters location and becomes a 2nd party developer for MS.
@everyone,
When was the last time the MS actually purchased a game developer?
Rumor time: Bungie leaving MS?
Oct 2nd 2007 10:42AM (Joystiq Xbox)On the other hand, Microsoft has traditionally kept multiple highly successful business units wrapped up in Redmond.
My final thought is that MS learned with the purchase of Rare that the intellectual property is far more valuable than the developers can be. Humans can quit, move on to other companies, where IP can't.
So it wouldn't surprise me too much if Bungie becomes a 2nd party devoloper for MS, still primarily working on Halo-themed games.
The latest Survivor China spoilers
Sep 29th 2007 12:48PM (AOL TV)They keep tinkering with the details of the game to try and keep it fresh, which is fine.
I think, however, that the show has become stagnant due to the basic rules not changing. Alliances work just as well in season 10 as they did in season 1.
Perhaps major rules changes would make it into something that's not survivor. And so maybe it's good that they're looking to put the series to rest for awhile.
I think it would be facinating if they introduced secret goals into the game... non-winning conditions that were lucrative enough for some players to try for.
Another All-stars could be worth watching... Is Richard Hatch out of jail yet?
