They just put that 'western' (read: grey & guns) twist on their game. Hell I'll buy it, although it looks really weird having an all gun mechanic in a Jrpg. We'll see... I'll buy it... but we'll see if it works.

Yeah, they arent using red and blue lenses now, so there is no need for any alteration with regard to colour.
