BTW there is one thing by MS i would call innovative:
MS spend a lot of money to create a machine which is so f#cking loud that you have to wear a headset, to not get insane, sold by MS too. It's a innovation in "disturbing" marketing!

- to redo/copy a common concept (online games) and resell it under a new name (Live) is innovative
- to sell (virtual) goods online (like thousands of websites) under a new name (Marketplace) is innovative
- to charge a fee (Gold-Membership) to be able to play online with your already paid games-console and your already paid games is innovative
- to create a new multi-functional input device (which probably can be intuitively used) is NOT innovative...
Your boss have to be a really stupid MF to pay you for such an analysis... you lucky bastard!
