not really, Ive been watching iron man , going for $25 new ata amazon and Transformers $20 new at amazon, and I just scored each for less than that.

I do not deal with Gamestop, except buying something that's on sale cheap and new. There are various outlets where you can trade or buy games from other without going through a middle man. If it wasn't for my youth and stupidity I'd still have my super metroid mint. but luckily I've never been desperate enough lately to trade in most of my games, like FF7 or MVC2. Gamestop if for kids who don't know any better.

this shit sucks , I mean seriously I keep on hearing that "downloading is the future" but if you download a game you can't trade it in. when you download something you cant recoup any costs later. I, personally,am not into that. I like the idea of trading my games or selling them later. Downloading is better for companies since they dont have to manufacture or ship anything but it;s us who really lose. Unless there's a significant price difference in the beginning $60 (package) vs $40 (download), I say f that s

I got my Elite about Aug of 2007. The warranty is out but it red ringed on 9/23 (night of bungie update) shipped out my console the next day and system was shipped back to me on 9/30. Is there anyway for me to tell whether or not I've got Jasper or Falcon without opening the system? I only shipped the console so I've got my original power supply. If they updated the system to Falcon or Jasper, wouldn't they need to send me a new power supply as well?

I hear you man, it is all about the end user. I have been lucky and gotten no red rings with my 360's (upgraded from premium to Elite for the black and 120gb hd).
You mentioned Heavenly Sword and that is the only game id like to play in their line up. and from what I know its not a very long game.

I don't mind the load times on 360, lot s of people are just too impatient. As long as theres so slowing down or lagging while the game play is going on, its all good.

360 version all the way.

I'll take my chances with red rings and have a sh!t load of fun games to play rather than sit on my @ss and watch blu ray movies.

I may buy a ps3 in the future but they will need more games that I want to own before that happens. There is only one exclusive game that I want on ps3, and blu ray don't do it for me.
