I use both Facebook and Twitter as just another news aggregator, so I have no problems with it. Both accounts are setup using bogus info, other than a valid email address created just for the occasion, so I see it as no different than creating an account to comment on a site such as this.

Both, as it all depends on the game.

I read/watch everything as I am a firm believer in the RPG portion of MMORPGs. I play for the experience, not the XP.

Thanks to Beau's live stream, I have been fully vested into Die2Nite this past week., and will be (more than likely) finishing it up this weekend.
It is now Day 6, and only 16 of us remain. Our water supply is dangerously low, and there are so many zombie hordes outside the town gates, any ventures beyond them are suicide. Also, I am now infected due to eating a meaty bone in order to try and curb my hunger. As such, there is a 50/50 chance I will wake up dead tomorrow. All in all, it has been a ton of fun.

As to the app question, I do not own a smart phone; my dumb one works just fine for me.

@h4ngedm4n They are not "unkillable" but are said to be "creatures of magic, not bound by the laws of life and death." You can strike them down, but they would just "soon rise again. " The opening cinema even shows one being killed.

My interest was piqued, but after a quick glance of their cash shop, it seems that the majority of the items on offer are rentals.That is a bit annoying. Anyone know how useful (or required) cash shop items are to the overall gameplay?
