No, Epic has to do this or there company will be shut down, if anyone uses a trademark of a company then the company has to do stuff like send a Cease and desist letter or their trademark will be fair-use to anybody. To the person that said 'no multiplayer, its not next-gen', what the hell? Loads of games are singleplayer, Game of the Year, KOTOR for example, and i'm pretty sure due to Mass Effect being similar to KOTOR that they're aiming for the same market.
So Oblivion wasn't successful? Oblivion is only singleplayer too.

These new screenshots look amazing, I can't wait for this game as KOTOR is one of my favourite games of all time, Mass Effect appeals to be very much.

This sounds AWESOME, I remember playing SOF2 and tweaking the gravity and it was fun as hell and on Halo its gonna be even more amazing, I truly can't wait! Its gonna be the best game ever.

This sounds like a good idea, I guess. It fits in with the Halo gameplay. If they announced something like Mines or C4 then it would definitley be a bad move. Spike grenades, awesome. What about the Shield grenade thing thats in the Halo 3 advert though? Have they announced that yet?

Gears is a great game, I hope they make more maps though, old bones and ravendown were nice but getting old now, but still fun.
