VIDEO: How not to park your BMW X5

I agree with 1 and 2 but 3 is too general. Personally, imo, BMW X3 and X5 are the worst drivers. This is my experience.

Poll: So how do YOU think Blu-ray is doing?

Jun 29th 2009 5:08PM (Engadget HD)
Well thought out reply Mr.E

I completely agree with you, I think Blu-ray is doing fine (especially with PS3's support). As more and more people see the difference between Blu-ray and DVD's, there's no going back. And there is a difference, you'd have to be blind to not notice the clarity in the images. Furthermore the capacities of these disks allow much more than just a storage medium.

I have friends who have no interest in upgrading to Blu-ray just yet due to the price of course, but even they're amazed at the difference between Blu-ray and DVD. Which has led to more movie nights at my house. So yes, Blu-ray is continuously gaining interest amongst many families.

When cable companies allow me fast enough lines to dl a hd movie in the time it takes for me to go rent one or enough bandwith, then I will truely believe Blu-ray won't succeed.

In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy HD movies on my HDTV.

Microsoft ends Xbox 360 RROD "coffin" program, still paying for shipping

Never RMA'd any computer part. By the time a part did die, I was already upgrading it.
In any case, a benefit with PC is the ability to fix it yourself w/o the "warranty issue" in opening up your own PC if it was self-built.

I've already sent my PS3 once and am sending it again after 2 weeks.

Yet to do it with my 360 though, I haven't touched it in a couple months.

Lenovo's IdeaPad S10-2 now available to order

May 27th 2009 12:51PM (Engadget)
Because the longer that they advertise, maybe the less pissed off the customer will be when it does ship a month later. I've waited almost 2 months now for my x200s when it was advertised to ship within 9 days.

Red Bull to be first company to charge into Home

sadly, people don't think about the consequences of these drinks.

used to drink them but not anymore:
1) unhealthy (sugar + caffiene)
2) expensive (1-3$)

if i need energy i just take one caffiene pill
1) healthy if less than daily maximum
2) cheap (10c a pill)
