But, i was in a Best Buy in Winnipeg and they were clearing out Odama with the Microphone for $9.99. They had tons of copies to clear out.

In Canada, the PS2 is $129.99 (i'm still not buying one) and that system still has some very good games for it. It also has good games coming out for it! I don't know if people are ready to trade away their PS2 and Guitar Hero games.....it's still a very decent system!!

I bowled a perfect game once. After bowling a Turkey, it simply says "Fourth in a row", "Fifth in a row", "Six-Pack", etc. If i recall correctly, it just says "Perfect!!" on the final strike.

no VC purchases for me yet. i still think they are too expensive....but i think my first VC purchase will be Gunstar Heroes or Soldier Blade...or maybe Ristar or Bonk.

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and my temperatures are pretty spot on. Nintendo gave a forecast of +4 as a high at 6am this morning (it was 8am when i checked it) and today's actual high is +6. I haven't noticed the Forecast channel being behind at all....usually just off by about 2 hours at the time i check it. I'm impressed....but i can't speak for the other cities.

But what is with the lack of 5-day forecasts for a lot of the cities?

Graphics look sharp and bright. First-person view seems tricky but it would be cool if they could pull it off.

YES!!! River City Ransom, Crash and the Boys, Super Dodge Ball, Nintendo World Cup....Basically any old Technos (RIP) game.

I was 10 hours into Zelda but stopped as i'm waiting for my component cable from Nintendo...i think it's at the post office so i'll get it when i'm off work tonight.

In the meantime, i'm just jamming away at Wii Sports...also picked up Trauma Center and Rayman...will get to those when i get the component cable!

Where's the Virtual Boy?

Yeah, same here...none of those titles for me. Games based on movies are rarely ever good...plus those are aimed at children. I'm still hoping to pick up Rayman before the end of the year and maybe buy some VC titles like Bonk's Adventure and/or Sonic.
