I have an ipad, but for that price, I think I'll be picking one up later this week! If it's "good enough", I would probably even sell my ipad.

I love it when our government actually steps up and does something good for us!!

If the Kinect is intended for casual gamers, why the hell is it $150 plus the price of a console?

I'm sure some engadget readers may be interested, but I can't see Moms walking into Walmart to buy all these pieces at such high prices.

I'm an xbox fan, but I think the Kinect is going to fail miserably.

Hopefully the fix for this will come a lot faster than that promised fix for iPad wifi issues...
Yeah, apple said it would have a fix for the ongoing ipad wifi issues "within a few weeks", and that time has come and gone!

I love my iStuff, but apple support has blown it big time lately!!!

I read on my iPad while lying down almost every night. I've yet to find the 1.5 lb iPad "too heavy to hold".

Also...I'd say the kindle has the obvious advantage in terms of selection, but the iBooks app really does a great job of re-creating the book experience. Kindle app just feels like reading a computer screeen as usual.
